    Personal Details section

    Unless single, please provide evidence of your marital status e.g. marriage or civil partnership certificate

    You may be asked to present written notification from the child's parent or legal guardian that they consent to the child's visit

    The official record of any conviction(s), detailing the crime(s) you were convicted of and the sentence(s) you received

    Visitor

    Evidence of your permission to stay if you are not a national in the country where you are applying, e.g. a residence permit or visa

    Tourist

    A planned itinerary, if held

    Business

    Evidence of who invited you to the UK

    Student

    Evidence that you have been unconditionally accepted on a course of study in the UK i.e. a letter from the school or university
    Evidence of any previous study or qualifications gained in the UK
    Evidence of any English language qualifications e.g. IELTS or TOEFL
    Evidence of previous education history
    Evidence of the cost of your course fees
    Evidence of any funds set aside by your financial sponsors specifically to pay for your study
    Evidence of your financial sponsor's occupation, income and any savings or assets they have

    Family visitor

    Evidence of your family members in the UK you intend to visit. This should be a copy of the bio data page (the page containing their photograph) of their UK passport or; if they are not a UK national, evidence of their permission to stay in the United Kingdom

    Medical

    Evidence that the hospital or clinic has agreed to treat you. If this is a NHS hospital you will need to show that the treatment is being paid for privately

    Marriage
    Evidence to show that arrangements have been made for either notification of the marriage or civil partnership or for the marriage or civil partnership to take place during your visit

    Transit

    Evidence that the earliest onward passage from the UK has been booked, and that it is within 48 hours of arrival in the UK

    Academic

    Evidence that you have been working as an academic in an institution of higher education overseas, or in the field of your academic expertise (e.g. medicine), immediately prior to seeking entry clearance

    Finances and employment

    Evidence of your current employment/self employment/occupation/work
    Evidence of your total monthly income from all sources of employment or occupation after tax
    Evidence of any income from other sources e.g. friends, family, savings, property etc…

    Other than spouse, civil partner or children under 21 - evidence that you are dependent on the EEA National or are part of the EEA National's household
    Unmarried partners - evidence that you have been in a relationship like a marriage for at least two years
    evidence of having lived with the EEA National in a long term relationship, if held

    If EEA National is economically self-sufficient - evidence to support this
    If EEA National is retired - evidence of a pension
    If EEA National is incapacitated - a doctor's note or medical report in support of this
